Regen to Near Virgin Oil
Our regeneration process restores used transformer oil to near virgin specification. Through multi-stage filtration, vacuum degassing, and dehydration, we strip out every contaminant until the oil is indistinguishable from new stock.
Every batch is independently tested by an SABS accredited laboratory and certified to SANS 555 (BS148) before it leaves our facility — keeping our exchange stock always at specification.

How does the oil exchange work?
You bring in your old transformer oil and we provide you with clean, certified oil in return. The discount you receive depends on the condition of the oil you bring in — the cleaner it is, the better the rate.
How is the condition of my oil assessed?
We test your oil on arrival. The assessment covers moisture content, dielectric strength, acidity and colour. These results determine the exchange rate you receive.
